Caltech Researchers Create the First Artificial Neural Network Out of DNA - Caltech Media Relations

Caltech, California Institute of Technology, created first neural network with DNA molecules.

The project In the words him:
"Consisting of four artificial neurons made from 112 distinct DNA strands, the researchers' neural network plays a mind-reading game in which it tries to identify a mystery scientist. The researchers "trained" the neural network to "know" four scientists, whose identities are each represented by a specific, unique set of answers to four yes-or-no questions, such as whether the scientist was British."

Student Computing Center (CIN) participates in the NASA robotics camp


Graduate student, Bruno Fernandes, the Information Centers (CIN), UFPE, Federal University of Pernambuco, will participate in a robotics camp (Boot Camp) at NASA in the U.S. along with other Brazilians, Mexicans, Argentines and Americans. The role of the young is to assist in solving problems of computer vision.


Boot Camp


It is an event held every year which is more restricted to American students graduate, may have the participation of students from around the world. The greater part of the project aims to recruit potential new principal engineers for NASA.

大学院生、ブルーノフェルナンデス、インフォメーションセンター（CIN）、UFPE、ペルナンブコ連邦大学は、メキシコ人、アルゼンチン人とアメリカ人、他のブラジル人と一緒に米国で米航空宇宙局（NASA）でのロボティクスのキャンプ（ブートキャンプ）に参加します。若者の役割は、コンピュータビジョンの問題を解決を支援することです。

Aluno do Centro de Informática (CIn) participa de acampamento de robótica na Nasa

Aluno de mestrado, Bruno Fernandes, do Centro de Informica (CIN) da UFPE, Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, participará de um acampamento de robótica (Boot Camp) na Nasa nos EUA juntamente com outros brasileiros, mexicanos, argentinos e americanos. O papel do jovem é auxiliar na resolução de problemas de visão computacional.

Boot Camp

É um evento realizado todo ano que é mais restrito à estudantes americanos de pós-graduação, podendo ter
a participação de estudantes de outros lugares do mundo. O maior parte do projeto tem por finalidade principal recrutar potenciais novos engenheiros para NASA.
