Google buys Motorola Mobility

The big company is Google announced Monday (Aug. 15) the purchase of Motorola Mobility for the purposes of expanding their businesses in the area of mobile technology, foster the development of Android and obtaining necessary patents. The purchase cost somewhere around OF12, 5 million dollars earning approximately $ 40 per share to shareholders of Motorola. Such plans by increasing the competitiveness of the company in its strong competitor to Apple.
